Saturday 26th June in Stretton

Our Burton classes which normally run on a Saturday at Shobnall Leisure Complex will be at The Priory Centre, Church Road, Stretton, Burton DE13 0HE on Saturday 26th June. Their class time will remain the same as usual.

We’re back at Shobnall the following week.

Theatre Kittens to launch in Burton

Theatre Cats is pleased to announce that it will be opening its second Theatre Kittens class for pre-school children aged 2-4 years in Stretton, Burton. The launch date is Wednesday 9^th June. The class will take place at The Priory Centre, Church Road, Stretton in Burton on Wednesday mornings at 10:00-11:30am. To register for a free taster class, simply go to www.TheatreCats.co.uk or call 01283 531635.

Theatre Kittens classes involve a variety of skills, including singing, movement and rhythm, imagination building, playing with instruments, dressing up and story-telling through drama. Research shows that early participation in drama, music and the performing arts develops imagination, creativity, confidence, coordination, language and communication skills.

Theatre Kittens will enhance your child’s development through shared activities for you both to enjoy. It’s an ideal way for you to socialise with other parents over a cuppa too.

Theatre Cats also runs classes for 5-16 year olds in Burton, Derby and Newhall. Theatre Kittens also runs a class for 2-4 year olds in Mickleover.

Monday 11th January – Burton Theatre Class still on

Just to inform everyone that the main roads in Burton are currently
fine and lots of students are eager to continue the term and so we have
decided to still run our theatre class this evening.

However, if anything changes in the meantime we will try and contact
everybody.

Please call 01283 531635 if in doubt or if you cannot make it. We
understand that the journey may be more difficult for some and
so in those cases we will leave the decision up to the parent/guardian.

Friday 13th November-cancelled class

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no classes on Friday 13th November at Picknalls First School in Uttoxeter. If you have already paid for this class then it will be credited to you on your next invoice.

However, we will be back as normal from Friday 20th November.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused, we look forward to seeing you on the 20th.
